Coaching
Change is hard, I get it. But, what if you could have someone on the journey with you, cheering you on, and helping you overcome the obstacles that get in your way? Wouldn’t that make it better?!
My approach is simple. I meet you where you are … and help you get where you want to go.
It could be weight loss, physical fitness, a customized nutrition plan, stress management, negative self-talk, overwhelm, boundaries, or emotional healing. I’ve personally worked through all of this and I would love to help you do the same!
I offer 4, 8, or 12 sessions, based on what you want to accomplish.
What’s different about my approach?
A lot of programs will teach you what to do and expect you to take it from there. In my program, I not only address what to do, but I also teach how to add new habits specific to your needs. Also, I will help you uncover why you have certain behaviors and patterns that sometimes cause you to self-sabotage. These extra elements pave the way for long-term change to be possible.

I was blessed to be coached by Marjie for about a year. I would encourage anyone to try meeting with Marjie for the support, encouragement, spiritual wisdom, and practical problem solving you will receive.
One of Marjie’s greatest strengths, and one that was probably the most meaningful help to me was her ability to personalize her approach according to the preference or need of each individual…or according to the need of that particular session. For example, sometimes we focused on prayer and helping me to gain discernment about making a decision/commitment. Sometimes we focused on breaking the overwhelming project of my disorganized and cluttered house into approachable tasks, so that I was actually able to make progress and be encouraged by positive results.

“I appreciate Marjie so much! I have learned a lot about myself and healthy habits through the coaching. I had a compulsion to eat and I thought I ate because things tasted good. I have learned that I was stuffing things I wasn't dealing with and clinging to hurtful emotions through eating. My biggest relief has been learning to release the bad and appreciate where I am right now as I work on becoming healthier.”
