At just the right time my friend invited me to one of Marjie's classes and despite my hesitation and fear, I went and I'm so glad that I did! Marjie's online videos are as easy to follow as if you were in class with her. I can add just the right amount that I can fit in with my schedule each day. I enjoy the variety of videos to choose from whether I'm wanting cardio, strength or just some stretching, I'm able to get it all right there.  I still get the positivity and inspiration that I need each day from Marjie, even without being in an in person class.
