The Release Journey

Join me and the Release Community as we journey together through my book, Release Those Stubborn Pounds Guided Journal, and see how much you can grow in 2025!

The 2025 Release Journey is a 10-month program (January - October) and includes the following:

  • Monthly: Chapter content video; live group coaching call discussing the chapter; personalized, realistic action steps; check-ins with your accountability partner to stay on track.

  • Weekly: Attend virtual fitness classes, and engage in the private Release Community Board.

  • Daily: Experience an encouraging, supportive community to help you enjoy the journey!

First, choose the level that is right for you:

I know you are busy. This program is designed to fit into your life. It’s just enough to stay focused, but not too much to feel overwhelmed. Each month, we will go over ONE aspect of the RELEASE process and focus on implementing small, attainable goals. The live calls and fitness classes are through Zoom to keep it convenient and easy to access – no wasted time traveling to and from class!

To help you understand all the program elements, here is what each month will look like:

*Virtual Fitness classes will be recorded 1x/month and added to the Fitness Video Library.
